“NURTURING THE MOTHER ® Prenatal, Labor, Postpartum, Infant Massage National Certification” 24 CE in English
Presenter: Teba Orueta, B.A., LMT, YA-200, the Director of DeNatura® Wellness, studied holistic therapies and yoga in SE Asia from 2005 – 2008, and is a certified instructor and CE provider (50-26686) of prenatal, postpartum, Thai, reflexology, geriatric, myofascial techniques, and more. A former Director of Continuing Ed. at Educating Hands Inc, Teba teaches advanced therapeutic massage techniques in S. Florida, Georgia, Puerto Rico and the Caribbean, including SPA Team training for The Westin, The Ritz Carlton, 57 Ocean, etc. Her classes include well-referenced theory, abundant hands-on practice, 1-2-1 coaching with the instructor in small groups, and highly motivating learning environments so you can emerge proficient and fully capable of applying the material learned.

Designed by prenatal massage Pioneer, Claire Marie Miller, this certification course in pregnancy massage, labor massage and support, postpartum massage and newborn/infant massage is one of the premier nationally recognized certifications, and has been taught since 1988.
“This 24-CE hour certification includes a live clinic with pregnant volunteers on the second day of the course to enhance your learning. At the end of this course, you will sit through a certification examination. Upon passing the examination you will receive a Nurturing the Mother® Massage Therapist Certification. Sunday, April 28: 9 AM – 6 PM (1 hr lunch) – Monday, April 29 & Tuesday, April 30: 1 PM – 9 PM (Working lunch – this means we all eat together and discuss material to make up for the extra hour we need)
